Because of new regulatory requirements, this service for ATM and debit card Point-of-sale (POS) transactions can only continue if you OPT-IN. Coverage for your share draft, ACH withdrawals and automated bill payments will not change.

What is Courtesy Pay?

Courtesy Pay is a safety net that may allow Alco Federal Credit Union to pay a charge should you accidentally overdraw your share draft account or need access to funds in an emergency. This service is added protection to help you avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of having transactions denied.

What's next?

Next, you need to decide if this program is right for you. If you wish to continue enjoying the convenience that Courtesy Pay can provide, simply review the the Opt-In Agreement and either return it to the closest Alco branch, or call any branch to opt-in over the telephone.

If you choose not to opt-in, no action is required and Alco FCU's Courtesy Pay service for ATM and debit card POS transactions WILL NO LONGER be available to you. In the instance of insufficient funds, ATM and debit card POS transactions will be declined. Share drafts, ACH withdrawals and automatic bill payments will continue to be covered.
